Korowa Netball Club

Korowa Anglican Girls’ School, located in Glen Iris boasts the largest school-based club in the WDNA competition, with 21 teams in Winter 2022 ranging from Year 4 to Year 12.

The Korowa Netball program offers all students of any ability, the opportunity to participate in a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment. The new Sports and Wellbeing Centre which opened in 2022 gives students access to state-of-the-art facilities including an indoor and outdoor rooftop netball court. This onsite facility allows expansion of the current offering to include strength and conditioning programs, coaching development workshops, specialist coaching sessions and school holiday netball programs.

Headed by ex-Australian Diamond, Shelley O’Donnell, the program also offers a pathway for those in the pursuit of playing at the elite level.

All team coaches are accredited through Netball Australia’s National Coach Accreditation Framework.

Players must be enrolled students of Korowa Anglican Girls’ School to be eligible to play.
