Teams will be notified of walkovers after 7:30pm Thursday.
Walkovers given after 7:30pm Thursday will incur a -2 point penalty, walkovers given after 7:30pm Friday will incur a -4 point penalty.
All walkovers given after 7:30pm Thursday will incur a $50 penalty.
If the situation arises where teams playing each other both give walkovers, neither team will be awarded points.
Walkovers given on game day must complete this form and must also be notified via phone, by calling WDNA on 9807 0349 between 8am and 4pm on Saturday.
